Founded under the umbrella of SJ Wilkes Group, the National Coalition of 100 Women on Wheels, Inc. (100WOW) unites women of excellence who are transforming the perception of disability through economic empowerment, leadership, and innovation. 

Our members are CEOs, professionals, creatives, and advocates — women who are not only surviving but thriving. Together, we are building the infrastructure, enterprises, and legislative initiatives that ensure people with disabilities have access to essential services, wealth, and dignity. 

To create a network of highly successful women with disabilities who drive change through entrepreneurship, advocacy, and sisterhood.

To ensure every person with a disability has access to the products, services, and opportunities necessary to live a fulfilled and independent life.

Membership in 100WOW is by nomination only. Each member must embody professionalism, ambition, and a commitment to advancing accessibility and inclusion.  To qualify, a woman must:

• Be 100% dependent on a wheelchair for mobility 
• Earn $100,000 a year or more through employment or entrepreneurship  
• Hold a degree or professional certification 
• Be ambitious, professional, and highly motivated 
• Demonstrate excellence in personal appearance and presentation, and  
• Be committed to mentoring and uplifting others within the disability community.

1.  A current member or partner organization must submit a nomination. 
2. The candidate will complete a membership profile and provide verification of qualifications, and 
3. Upon review and approval by the 100WOW Executive Board, the candidate will receive a formal invitation to join.
